According to the manual, the script bismark2report uses a Bismark alignment report to generate a graphical HTML report page.

However, when I try to run it, the error "No such file or directory at /software/bismark/0.16.3/bin/bismark2report line 948" was returned. I checked line 948 in the script and it is "open (DOC,"$Bin/bismark_sitrep.tpl") or die $!;". Do anyone know what this means and how can this be fixed? I'm using bismark/0.16.3 on an institutional high computing cluster btw.
