PAVIS web tool is not opening any other tools for peak annotation?
Dear sir
i have generated peaks data from MACS and i want to annotate the data like for the given chromosome start and end positions i want the gene name and coding regions list. i used the tool PAVIS before but its not working know. is there any tool which provides annotation based on start end positions
