Methylation plotting and strand consideration

Hi, I am doing RRBS analysis for first time . I have used compute matrix and plot profile from deeptools for density plotting of methylation around TSS of genes and got it successfully. But I wanted to know whether the tool considering the strand information. Or I wanted to prepare the strand specific info and plot it.

If anybody have any idea please answer. Looking forward.
