We have developed a tool called IgDiscover that can analyze the antibody repertoires and discover new V germline genes from high-throughput sequencing reads. Heavy chains, kappa and lambda light chains are supported (to discover VH, VK and VL genes).

IgDiscover is recently published in Nature communications http://www.nature.com/articles/ncomms13642 and freely available.
