I have developed a tool for differential expression analysis of RNA seq data and now I am looking for a paper with biological experiments relying on differential expression analysis to identify some sort of functionality change or anything else easy to digest for non-biologists! Publications from high impact journals like Nature and Cell with public RAW COUNT will be ideal for me. If you are aware of any such paper please let me know.
