genetics risk score calculation
Dear all, I am calculate the total genetic risk score with 420 SNP's. I planed to apply weight method. Unfortunately, there are OR missing for several SNPs? Normally, how to deal with these OR missing SNPs. If I would like include diseases parameters, is there a efficient tool to calculate the risk score? Thanks and with best regards, Andy
