Ovarian cancer gene list selection criteria on cbioportal
How can obtain the list of 1054 gene use for the tcga ovarian cancer starting from tis pubblication: Ovarian Serous Cystadenocarcinoma (TCGA, Nature 2011) The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Serous Ovarian Cancer project. 489
I have problems on the classification because in the file obtained from the paper I have 9900 genes. What is the criteria use for the sampling? Thanks in advance for any help
