Ensembl Compara Trees
Recently,i want to use the data of Ensembl Compara gene trees.In one paper,which mentioned“BLASTX results were then used to associate C. hamatus contigs to Ensembl Compara gene trees”，but i really do not know how to do ,is there anybody can gave me the specific steps.Thank you for the help in advance.
