Hi colleagues,

I am relatively new to the RNA-Seq field and looking into denovo assembly for RNA-Seq. I was hoping to field and scope the popular assemblers people use and reccommend.

I have come across Trinity and have been working with that, but velvet and oasis are others. This would be for human samples and we have a very modest HPC server available to run the analyses.
