correct variant position in vcf following HGVS guidelines
Is there a way in a vcf 4.1 file to put a variant position in HGVS nomenclature?
That is, if the below was outputted in the vcf
7 117282541 117282541 - T
HGVS nomenclature
7 117282547 117282547 - T
Is there a tag that can be used to add basepairs to the insertion or is there a better way? Thank you :).
