Reading & Parsing protein map ( .mrc) file
Hello, I want to read and parse .mrc file(map) which contain proteins 3d image. But since .mrc is in binary format, I need to convert it to a text file. I need to read the density of voxels in this map. So what's the best way to do it?Please help me. Thanks in advance.
