How do I count the number of cell types in which a given gene is expressed?

Does anyone know how to count the number of cell types in which a given gene is expressed? For either human or mouse, if I have a gene of interest I can go to biogps or the human protein atlas, and get a little bit of a feel for how commonly a gene is expressed, but if I wanted to get the number of tissues in which every gene is expressed, how should I go about it?

To get a feel on how broadly a gene is expressed (in human or mouse), you can have a look at the FANTOM5 expression atlas.

Hello, your link does not work. Also I know several places to look up the expression of 1 gene across tissues. I want to set a threshold and make an expressed not expressed call for every gene in every tissue.
