Hi, what is the best and cheep way for analyzing the expression of 300 genes for every patient who comes to our infertility center?

I'd try to get price estimates for (A) a qPCR panel and (B) a custom targeted RNAseq run on one of Illumina's new really small machines. I think Illumina was going for clinical certification with their small machines (my understanding is that they're made with running clinical panels in mind), so even if that ends up costing a bit more it might be preferable simply due to being billable.
