How to get Weighted Observed Percentage from PSI-BLAST
I intend to calculate the Shannon Entropy from the Weighted Observed Percentage (WOP) but don't know how to output WOP from PSI-BLAST. I successfully output PSSM by using -out_pssm and chkparser.c but the output is only for PSSM. Is there anyone who is familiar with this question? Thanks a lot.
