UniProt.ws package error
Hi there,
Hope someone can help me on this. I get an error when i try to load the UniProt.ws in an object:
up <- UniProt.ws(taxID=9606)
Error in file(con, "r") : cannot open the connection In addition: Warning message: In file(con, "r") : too many redirects, aborting ...
I either get the 'too many redirects' error or a '404 Not found' error.
Tried this on a mac and a PC but it looks like there is some problems with the Uniprot server? It worked fine months ago...

Actually, I am getting a different error (using latest Bioconductor release). At any rate, I think these short of questions (i.e. software errors vs. questions about bioinformatics) are much better suited for support.bioconductor.org.
