why galaxy showing error 'bad request (400) while uploading biom file for picrust? (yes I have chosen picrust format while uploading the file)

Galaxy accepts biom file created by picking OTUs by closed reference method (if you are using QIIME).
However, this looks like a network issue. You may try after sometime.
