Principal Component Analysis Before or After Imputation
Hello,
Would you mind answer the following questions, please?
1- Do we run the PCA analysis before or after imputation?
2- Is it ok if we use only the genetic data of the study to get covariates to adjust for the effect population stratification? Or we have to use a reference population before we run the PCA.
