Get syndrom field on my excel table
hI!
Happily I manged to make work the VEP program, now I study the different possibilities to work with these excel files...
I must say if you use snpeff, VEP, sift...always find differences betwen high impact, deleterious...etc. Bit confussing because get so many results. But I must say after reading maybe more than 300 gens can see the correlation between all of them, soon I will be a human pathway maker XD
Is any good and easy tool to annotate the different syndroms that could cause these genes? For add on my excel files.
