Convert ATC to PubChem

I wonder if there is away to convert Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical code (ATC) to CID (PubChem) identifier. Thanks in advance for any idea.

They are different entities. Specifically, ATC is a classifying code for a set of drugs, while CID is an ID for a compound.
