I've looked over some, but one of them is new. Thanks
I am looking at ways to visualize the evolutionary history of domain architecture
I have read a few papers that do this:
TreeDom: http://treedom.sbc.su.se/index.php (does not work for my uniprot gene)
TreeFam: http://www.treefam.org/ (can't do microbial gene)
PhylomeDb: http://phylomedb.org/ (does not work for my uniprot gene)
What other tools do people normally use?
