Reporting 2nd best hit with FASTA36

I am running the following command on FASTA36 (glsearch36 -C 20 -b 2 -E 1e-100), the query file and database are the same. I am looking to report the second best hit only. Does anybody in the community know how to do this? Would it be possible to report hits that are less than 100% identical? Many thanks
