GDC Data Portal
I am a lab based researcher. I am writing a proposal but I thought it will be great if I can analyze data from GDC Data Portal to have a clue about the pathway I want to investigate. But I have no clue, I have never analyzed data online in huge scale.
Can anyone help me how to start or is there anyone here interested to collaborate.

You don't strictly need to use GDC. There are other portals that have much of the TCGA data analyzed and available for browsing. cBioPortal is one example.
