creating mature/precursor miRNA file by my own
hi,
my desire organism does not have miRNA annotation in mirbase and has a gff3 contains miRNAs in ensemble. however how I can create mature or precursor files for my organism by similarity/synteny or whatever??? I need to do de novo miRNA prediction
