Dear community,

I would like to be able to cluster all species from InParanoid DB into different groups, at different evolutionary distance cutoffs, using tax IDs as an input. For instance, I would like to cluster all species into Bacteria, Archaea, Metazoa, Plantae and others; so depending on where you set the cutoff on the taxonomic tree, I would like to get a different grouping.

Does anyone know any tool to do this?
