im conducting a survey on genome analysis for searching of best gene asssembly, sequencing technology and gene prediction. which is the common sequencing technology , gene assembly tools and gene prediction tools ? is there any difference in the gene assembly , sequencing technology and gene prediction too; in replect of prokaryotic organism and eukaryotic organism?
