libraries/packages implementing profile-profile alignment with Dirichlet mixture

I need to perform profile-profile alignments of protein sequences using PROFMAKE/PROFANAL (Gribskov et al. Profile analysis: Detection of distantly related proteins) and Dirichlet Mixtures. If there was a library/package that I could use it would help me a lot, eliminating the need to re-implement them.

I have checked the Biopython but couldn't find anything. Do you know any packages/libraries that might have them? Thanks! any language would work.
