hi Whenever i run the arrayQualityMetrics, i am getting the error. Not able to get all the output, it got stopped in the middle with only very few outputs. *arrayQualityMetrics(expressionset=data.rma.norm,outdir="Report",force=TRUE,do.logtransform=TRUE) The report will be written into directory 'Report'. Error in file.info(x) : invalid filename argument In addition: Warning message: closing unused connection 3 (Report/index.html)*

Please help..
