V-plot construction for MNAse-seq data

Hello,

I am trying to construct V-plots from paired end MNAse -seq data. as described in this publication: enter link description here

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3215028/ Is anybody have a script to do this?
