what is the mean count number in IGV RefSeq Genes track
Hello, I am pretty new for using IGV, when I open it, I can see there is a RefSeq Genes track loaded with human hg19. When I put the mouse over the track, I can see different mean count number. I want to know what these number means? Is that the default density for reference genome?
