Gene Knockouts in Cancer with Before and After GE
I am looking for a data set (ideally but not necessarily cancer) where the gene expression of a cell is measured before and after the knockout of (any) metabolic genes.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Drug response data with the gene expression before and after would also be appreciated.
