I am learning NGS right now and that is why this question came into my mind, thats it. I am already seen genome workbench video of ncbi at youtube.

Please search the site for better resources. A better way (than videos) to learn NGS is by doing a toy project.

NGS can help you sequence genome/transcriptome of any cell/tissue/organism. It can also predict proteome. Once you have these sequences, you can use them for phylogenetic analysis or any other purpose. You may want to validate the NGS results before you conclude.

@Ram : Sir, I don't why are you so rude to me? I'm just a student right now. This field is new to me and it seems that my questions make you feel irritated but getting those answers are very useful to me so I could understand that whatever is coming to my mind is wrong or right. I am in a learning process, I'm asking stupid questions that make me more clear about the topic.

I'm sorry if my question came across as rude, but it is not. "Can we do X? Please tell me the steps to do X" is not the way one learns. Refer to Rule #6 here

I looked at your history and noted that while you started off really well, you have stopped giving us any context. In other words, we do not know what you're working on, why you want to do what you're trying to do, and what you've already tried. The point is that it tells people you want answers, not a pointer to the right direction to explore.

Also, this belongs as a reply to my comment, much like you've added your reply earlier. This is not an answer.
