XLOC cufflinks ID's - Need help converting to gene ID's

Hi,

So I am using data that was already compiled from a microarray years back and available on the DGRP (Drosophila Genetic Reference Panel) website. I understand these XLOC files are the result of the cufflinks program but I did not run these myself. I am just correlating genes to my phenotype and two of these XLOC loci came up.

Myquestion is, can I cross reference these to actual Drosophila genes? When I search on flybase I get a syntax error
