Size of Hematopoietic System
I realize this may be a bit far from bioinformatics knowledge, but I have genomic sequencing data from human bone marrow, and I would like some estimates of pool sizes for each different cell type. Something like 10k Hematopoietic Stem Cells, 100,000 Common Myeloid Progenitors, etc...

This can be a bioinformatics problem. Since B-cells undergo maturation in bone marrow, BCR re-rrangement can be expected to occur in bone marrow but not of T-cells. So you might be able to segregate B-cells from non-B-cells. There might be more such changes that I am not aware of that may segregate rest of the populations. The quantitation might be tough though.
