embl format problem
Dear colleague ; I use RAST for annotation of bacterial genome but its output format .EMBL does not contain the number of the project id and locus tag. I want to submit a result from annotation on EMBL but i want to inser project Id and locus tag for having a file format embl with locus tag and project Id plz give me a sollution
