hi, please if anyone could help me . i want to download few thousands pubmed free articles of pdf format using program or api for further analysis. i have both pmids and pmcids..

Ftp links are not avilable for all pmids or pmcids thats why i am asking thatany alternative methods/softwares are available for downloading articles.
