Genelist Perseus Format
Hi guys,
I'm doing a bit a proteomics using Perseus. I want to make a fresh txt file of a new genelist in the same format that is supplied with the Perseus software for an organism (S. maltophilia, K279a) different to the ones provides (Human, C. elegans etc.).
The txt files supplied have the following column format:
ENSG ENST ENSP Uniprot Gene name Protein name
Is there a simple way to go about doing this?
Best wishes,
Kevin

Ensemble biomart could generate this list for all genes and then the needed can be parsed out.
Find BioMart tutorials on this page in case you are new to the tool.
