HLA typing analysis

Hi all,

I was performing HLA typing for few samples with the use of HLAreporter. I found this tool very good. Unfortunately this tool does not include all genes that I would like to analyse. Beside HLA-A,B,C, DRB1, DQB1 etc I would like to analyse DRA and KIR(KIR3DL1) genes.

Do you know a tool that can perform the HLA typing for those genes?

I was talking to the author of HLAreporter and unfortunately inserting those genes into analysis is not very easy, that is why I am looking for other solutions.

I recommend HLAVBseq, even for amplicon sequencing.
