Minimum and maximum Intron length of Oryza sativa

Hi,

I am new to Tophat alignment. I want map my paired-end reads onto Oryza sativa Genome but I couldnt find any information for minimum intron length and maximum intron length of Oryza sativa. Is it necessary to provide this information. Any little guidance would be appreciated.
