I have BLAST question, hope you can help me with. I'm using bl2seq on unix, with the following parameters: -F F -r 1 -q -1 -E 1 -G 4 -W 7 Is it possible to define a hit length? For example, I would like to receive hits at least 50 bp long (not necessarily all of those bp should be identical).
