Gene expression abundance data

Hi,

Could anyone please point me to where I could download some gene expression or abundance data (I'm not sure what is the difference between the two).

I'm trying to make some synthetic RNAseq datasets and I would like the expression to be realistic if possible.

I'm mainly interested in s.cerevisiae, d. melanogaster and human, but almost any data would to so I could analyze it a bit.

rna-seq genome gene

You've not found any on GEO?

The two big repositories of gene expression data are GEO; http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/ and Array Express: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress/

They tend to mirror most things, so most (all?) datasets appear on both. So it tends to come down to which one has the best search interface to find the data you're looking for. For your query, if you click "browse array express" on the front page, and then use the filter option you can quickly narrow the search down to those datasets produced by RNAseq in whichever species you're interested in.
