Creating a tree from pairwise FST values for ADMIXTURE components
ADMIXTURE outputs pairwise FST values for all pairs of the components. I know people have generate trees using FST values. I was wondering if anyone here has any experiences with constructing trees using ADMIXTURE's pairwise FST values. Also does anyone have any suggestions on how to construct the trees?
