Hi I am using oPOSSUM for my analysis. I have got some transcription factors with Z-score greater than 10 but fisher score is more than 3. I have gone through the help page, here they have given that for significant TFs Z-score should be greater than 10 and fisher score less than 0.01. I have a doubt whether i can take the significant TFs only based on Z-score or not ??
