Difference in sequencing analysis between Blood-derived and Saliva-derived DNA Samples
Hi everyone,
I have Raw WGS data from different origins such as Saliva and Blood DNA samples.
My question is there any difference in quality or WGS analysis pipeline for both type of the samples in calling germ-line mutations/QC steps?
Any literature share or guideline would be really appreciated..!
