Tutorial: Analysis of single-cell RNA-seq data
Hello everyone!
If you are interested into analice single cell RNA-seq data, I highly recommend you to take a look to this course which was developed in our lab. This material correspond to a one-day training course which it's given at University of Cambridge. As a student, is one of the best short courses that I've taken.
I'm always happy to contribute to this nice community.
Best,
Guillermo

Thanks for sharing excellent tutorial. Is this tutorial available in single pdf version?
I'm glad you find useful :) Currently there is no pdf version available, but it is a good idea. Now if you know a bit of R/Rstudio/Rmd you can generate the pdf from your own if you clone this git https://github.com/hemberg-lab/scRNA.seq.course and then open the Rproject file. Using knit you can generate a PDF version instead of html. But I'll drop a message to the lab now, because I guess many people like to read PDF instead of html. Thanks.
Hi, thanks for your interest! Now a pdf version (it is about 28MB) of the tutorial is available at a link at the top of the tutorial web page: http://hemberg-lab.github.io/scRNA.seq.course/
Alternatively, this is a direct link to the pdf: http://hemberg-lab.github.io/scRNA.seq.course/scRNA-seq-course.pdf
Great!!! Thank you...
Thanks for informative course. the pdf is not available. is there alternative website to download the pdf?
