Variance stabilizing transformation
Hi, Does anyone know the reasons for this type of an error while trying to transform count data of 4C-seq experiment using FourCseq package:
Error in getZScores(fc, removeZeros = TRUE) : Failed to estimate the parameters of the Variance stabilizing transformation (VST).
Or in general- what is the reason for failure in estimation of VST parameters?
