Hi all,

I am currently doing haplotype analysis using haploview. Haploview gives me several haplotype blocks and tells me whether those halotypes are associated with disease. For downstream analyses of those several haplotypes, I want to know the list of samples who carry that specific haplotype. Is there any way I can get that list? Haploview doesn't seem to provide that list, so it doesn't matter if you suggest other tools.
