Is it possible to convert .CHP files to .CEL?

I am trying to follow a CNV detection workflow that requires .CEL files as input. However, the test data I downloaded is .CHP. My understanding is that .CHP files are processed .CEL with more information (?), so is it possible to convert from .CHP back to .CEL? This is my first time working with SNParray data so I am confused.

Did you ever get a solution to this issues? I've just inherited some old projects with CHP files where the CEL files aren't present. Thanks!
