For a study I would like to monitor the history of Alzheimer's disease patients. Specifically, I would like to address whether which vaccines the patients have received prior diagnoses. If possible, it would be great if you could help me with some public database where these data are available.

@Denise: That link from Duke does not go anywhere (I had looked earlier). There is NIAGADS site but the data appears to be mainly GWAS.
@Tobias may be from elsewhere but in the US it would be not possible to get the type of information @Tobias wants without a formally approved study application.
@Tobias Oh no. That pdf was supposed to be related to Clinical Path Institute. It may be worth contacting them and ask more. The Target Validation platform could be a good place to find out more about the drugs, disease profile, association targets but I don't think there will be info on whether or not the patients have had vaccines prior diagnoses. The text mining information may or may not be a good place to start.

Chances of this sort of information being publicly available are small due to privacy concerns though there are other experts on the forum who may know more. You may need to apply for access to such information.
