Retrieving Cell names of an experiment using NCBI - Eutil API

I am trying to develop an app to display the results of an experiement in a meaningful way. It basically uses the NCBI- Eutils API to retrieve the details about a SRP number.

How can I retrieve the cell type or the cells on which the experiment was performed?

For Seq data, Use SRA run selector. You may retrieve the data relevant to your needs.
