Could not find RefSeqGene gbff data files for GRCh37 to compare genes representation with GRCh38

I found RefSeqGene data here. As I can understand they aligned to GRCh38. I want to compare some gene (cosmic genes) representations for GRCh38. And I could not find RefSeqGene data (gbff files).

Could you please describe me how I can download RefSeqGene gbff files for GRCh37?

The ftp for the latest data on GRCh37 is RefSeq annotation release 105. I could not find the gbff files but you do have the gbs and the gbk (example for the Y chromosome). Perhaps gbff are available for GRCh38 only? They seem to have replaced both the .gbk & .gbs format files from past NCBI FTP directories according to What is the file content within each specific assembly directory.
